For customers wishing to hunt SPECIFIC game species and for those requiring TAILOR-MADE arrangements for their Namibian hunting holidays, we offer our services at daily rates + trophy fees for species taken.

These DAILY RATES and ADDITIONAL FEES charged for extras commonly required will be provided on request only.

- pre- & post-hunt accommodation, meals, beverages & car hire

- Travel days to/from hunting camps & Airport transfers

- Air fares for scheduled & chartered flights

- Travel & Medical Insurance / Gratuities & Tips

Please note: Should your arrival be delayed, we unfortunately have to charge for extra expenses incurred due to waiting periods caused. These may include additional cost for fuel, meals and possibly a hotel room.

Information

- A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your hunting safari booking.

- The balance & fees due for extra trophies booked will be payable in Namibia, prior to the hunting activities, by either cash, traveller's cheques or guaranteed bank cheque  only. No personal cheques!

- Cancellation fees are equal to the above deposit, unless the client immediately firmly re-books for alternative dates.

Trophy Fees:

We decided not to publish trophy fees anymore either, as we experienced copying repeatedly.

Our customers can rest assured though that the trophy fees of Boet Nel Safaris always have been and always will be very competitive too and some of the most favourable available on the Namibian hunting market.
