Hunting Locations

Boet Nel Hunting Safaris have in excess of 1.1 million acres of hunting lands at their disposal.

Unlike many, if not most in Namibia, none of the areas we hunt in is contained with game fences.

All these areas are open-range, and the game runs wild and free - a fact much appreciated by our discerning customers.

Our primary base of operations is located north of the town of Gobabis, within the Steinhausen District, about 2 hours drive east of the Windhoek International Airport.

Another area is located in the Kalahari Desert - about 2 hours drive to the south-east from our home base, near Namibia's border shared with Botswana. It provides hunting opportunities for several additional species.

In the mountains approx. 1.5 hours drive west of Windhoek, lies the Khomas area where Leopard and Mountain Zebra are hunted.

In 2008, the Ehirovipuka Concession (Kunene Region) bordering the Etosha Nat. Park was added to our portfolio of hunting areas.
