Hunting Lodge & Tented Camp

The hunting lodge of Boet Nel Hunting Safaris in Namibia's eastern Omaheke Region comprises of a spacious central lounge and dining room under thatch as well as guest accommodation in 1 chalet and 3 room-sized tents, each with en-suite facilities.
Amenities also include a swimming pool surrounded by lawns, an open-air boma with a large fireplace, and salting/storage facilities for our guests' trophies.

The three large tents are set well apart to ensure privacy and accessible via cleared footpaths that are illuminated with solar-powered lamps at night.
Each room-sized tent has got a concrete floor that extends to a covered patio in front of the entrance. There are numerous windows with mosquito netting in the canvas walls for good ventilation.
Furnishings include two comfortable beds, a wooden bed-side table, wardrobe and luggage rack. En-suite shower and toilet facilities are found in a brick structure that is attached to each tent.

At Boet Nel's Hunting Lodge, we still maintain the African safari tradition of serving our guests with early morning tea and coffee at their sleeping quarters. Guest have some time to get ready, before we meet in the dining room for breakfast. Afterwards, vehicles are loaded for the day's hunting activities.

Evenings back at the lodge are a leisurely affair, with sundowners followed by dinner and time to share with friends telling stories, recalling the events of the day and planning the next hunt around a big bonfire in the boma.
